Our Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions have been updated according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by EU.
Please note that we do not sell any of your personal information. We use a few third parties, but only for the purpose of providing our services to you. These include e.g. server hosting, customer service, processing payments and accounting. See Sub-processors of Personal Data in Terms and Conditions.
We consider us as the Data Controller, when we store any of your personal information as an adult. We own this data and we only collect data that we need in order to provide you with the best user experience possible.
Parents
When you create a child user account or upgrade a student account created by a teacher, you enter personal information which can be connected to your child. Our online Terms and Conditions agreement includes a Personal Data section with the required GDPR provisions.
Teachers
You are not allowed to enter any personal information of children. This means that all data stored for children are anonymous and, therefore, GDPR does not apply to this data.
If your school district needs to sign a DPA with 10Monkeys, please contact us and we can send you our DPA.
