Our Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions have been updated according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by EU.
We consider us as the Data Controller, when we store any of your personal information as an adult. We own this data and we only collect data that we need in order to provide the best possible user experience for you.
We consider us as the Data Processor, when we store any personal information from children on behalf of you. When entering personal information of a child, you must either be the legal guardian or have the consent of the legal guardian (for example, as a teacher you need to have the consent of the parent).
Please note that we do not sell any of your personal information. We use a few third parties, but only for the purpose to provide you with our services. These include e.g. server hosting, customer service and accounting. See Sub-processors of Personal Data in Terms and Conditions.
We have made this easy for you! We have updated our online Terms and Conditions agreement to include a Personal Data section. Our Personal Data section contains GDPR provisions, which in some cases are signed as a separate Data Processing Agreement.
